SportsRadio.ML is a brand operated by Simon Wilby ("we", "us", "our"). For the purposes of the GDPR, we act as the data controller for personal data processed through this website. SportsRadio.ML is designed to be privacy-first. We may process:

• Preferences — your selected language and settings, stored locally in your browser.

Live audio streams are aggregated from the free and open Radio Browser community directory; SportsRadio.ML does not host or own that audio content.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or pseudonymized form.
